Ian slept very well last night -- from 9:30 pm until 6:30 am!!! Hooray! He went down tonight at 9:30 without a fight, so lets see how it goes...

We have been noticing how adept Ian is at catching things when he drops them. Whether it's with his hands or his feet, he seems to have pretty quick reflexes and manages to get a hold of an object before it falls to the ground. Thank goodness he has Jeff's coordination!

He also has this great fake laugh. Sometimes when we're laughing at something, he'll give us a fake laugh as if he wants to be in on the joke. Other times, he'll give us a fake laugh when he's playing and then watch our reaction.

Jeff said he was clapping today on the way home (I was on my way home from Boston, so I didn't get to see it). Jeff also thinks that Ian can say "nai nai" (Chinese for milk). I haven't heard Ian say it, but Ian has definitely known what it is for a while now. For the past couple of months, whenever we say "nai nai", he starts getting anxious and cries. We're going to have to start spelling things pretty soon!
