It's Official!

We got the notice from the school district officially inviting Ian to be part of the CILA program! I think it all worked out for the best because he applied as a Spanish speaker. Had he not "flunked" the language test, I never would have hounded the director and had her take a second look at his test and we would have just applied to the English speakers' section. Our friends' son is in CILA already and their daughter applied as an English speaker and is #7 on the waiting list. So all's well that end's well! Let's just hope the program lives up to expectations!
