This is first time in a long time that we've had a weekend home alone with just the three of us. We had a few firsts yesterday: Ian said the complete word avion for the first time; he sang the whole "Zippadee Doodah" song for the first time (and we got it on video!); he pushed himself on his wooden "moto" and lifted his legs up and coasted down the kitchen floor. He is getting so grown up!

Jeff is trying to teach him how to properly pronounce "dump truck". When Ian says it, it sounds like something else that isn't a very nice thing to say! Let's just say that he doesn't quite pronounce the "p" in "dump" and "truck" sounds more like "cuck" or "duck".

He can sing so many songs and he makes up words for the tunes that he knows (mostly the "Twinkle Twinkle" tune).
