Here's Ian at Father's Day brunch:
In the afternoon, we went to Gary & Makiko's house. It was over 90 degrees, so the boys had their pool set up in the backyard. Ian didn't want to go in -- it was a bit too deep for him. He watched them play in the pool and only later after everyone was out of the pool did he start playing with the water.
