MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I keep wanting to say that this is Ian's first Christmas, but technically, it's his second. He slept through most of last Christmas, though. This year, he is still too young to understand, but he loves having a house full of people who want to spoil him! We have never seen so many presents under the tree! Grandpa and Abuelita came from Florida with so many gifts. All of the aunts in Florida sent gifts to Ian and Grandpa and Abuelita bought so many great things for his birthday and Christmas. Ian got to open birthday presents on Christmas eve, including the pony that his dad never got as a kid. Ian isn't interested in riding it yet, but he does enjoy shaking it to hear the music.

This morning, Aunt Cindy and Uncle Dennis came over and Ian leapt into Uncle Dennis' arms. When Cindy tried to hug Dennis, Ian pushed her hand off of him. Later, I tried to do the same and he pushed me off of Dennis, too! Same with Abuelita. Ian is just infatuated with Dennis. Ian did go to Daddy, but when Dennis hugged Cindy, Ian was not happy and was looking daggers at Cindy and started protesting.

Anyway, Ian made out like a bandit. We still have gifts he hasn't opened yet, but we'll wait until Wai-Po and Wai-Gong come from Taipei to open the rest. I'll post pictures when we get back from Florida (sorry, but it's just too hectic).

MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR!
